Secure, integrated system created to control and track bond orders placed online. Bond issues are entered in the database for potential customers to view on the web. Orders placed either by the customer directly or by a representative through the website are immediately visible in the database system for processing and tracking.

Once placed, an order is then securely taken through each stage of processing by higher-level users through the website. This activity is reflected in the database in near-real time. Also, account creation and some levels of reporting are done through the website as well as through the database system itself.

Integrated information and sales website with a custom shopping cart. A potential customer can browse and search for products, submit an inquiry, place and pay for an order online. The cart is integrated with an external payment processing site. Once placed, an order is immediately visible in the database system.

Also included are inventory control reports and the ability to purchase gift cards online. For administrative tasks, the system is securely accessed remotely through FileMaker's network connectivity feature or through a web browser.

The Carlton Woods Sales database controls the posting of real estate listings, their detail information, photographs and legal descriptions. In addition, the real estate agent can control the visitor’s registration and the creation of a periodic newsletter all via FileMaker Pro.
